By now hopefully, all affected Quartet Lane residents, have been updated on the issues with the U.S. Postal Service and have either received or picked-up their new mailbox keys.

I did file a complaint with the U.S. Postal National and Regional Customer Service Offices. However, I would like to ask that a letter of complaint be sent to the Postal Service from the Stockbridge Board, challenging them for mishandling the situation, suggesting how it could have been better managed and demanding a formal apology to the residents.
